Ready to Run™ is a service that is offered to all customers where by the equipment is sent out pre configured and ready to run on the customer’s site.
The Ready To Run™ service is as follows: |
- One of our experienced engineers will contact you to discuss in more detail how you would like to use the equipment.
- Following on from this call, you will be sent a pre implementation document asking for some basic information.
- We will then build the device customised to your specific requirements.
- A courier will deliver your pre configured devices to you at a convenient time and date.
- You will plug in your equipment and have a working initial config where you can use the CLI, GUI or even use our remote hands to further enhance and performance tune your installation
